If you have been in touch and haven’t heard back, we have a few excuses – good ones.

My phone is fading out from overuse and sliding a few times onto the ground, in a perfect world we would have a few helpers sitting at a desk answering phones and emailing, we prefer being out planting the trees though so bear with us!

Our project is volunteer-lead and run. We are installing a new Sales Force system soon with every bell and whistle, in the meantime we try and get back to people within a reasonable time. We are very excited about the number of people in touch and we hope to get back to you all in due course.

Stay up to date with our latest events listed in our blog, example here on the page from ages ago. We are going full tilt now to get as many trees in the ground as possible this season so we are putting the events up on the blog to get them out fast!  However I realised the other day when chatting with a friend we never read blogs. In a perfect world there would be another me, but a coder and web developer, working all the time on this site but hey, like our motto says, Stop Blogging Start Planting! Well it’s stop Talking stop Planting; same thing I suppose!

We are particularly grateful to the Malahide Parish Community Centre, its director, Sharon and its friendly staff who have been so helpful in the organisation of our Tree Academy. The Malahide Community has been such a support and an especial thanks to all the volunteers who have come out to assist us in the course of this project; from the donation of a box of clementines at the Christmas Fair in the community centre by those wonderful stallholders in the basement of the Parish Hall to all the representatives of the Tidy Towns and of course, to all those in the local schools without whose wonderful work in getting the children togged out and booted and helping them achieve this symbolic action in combating Climate Change.
